Who we are

This website, secueyes.in, is run by Secueyes Technologies Private Limited ("Secueyes", "we", "us"), a cybersecurity training company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@secueyes.in.

What we collect

The website has no sign-up, login or payment forms. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us:

• WhatsApp, phone and email: your name, phone number or email address and anything you write to us, for example to book a free demo or ask about a course.
• Students: if you join a course, the details needed for enrolment, classes and your certificate.

Analytics and advertising

To understand how the site is used and how our ads perform, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. These services use cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, the buttons you click (for example WhatsApp or call), your device and browser, and your approximate location. We do not receive your name from them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Google ad settings and Meta ad preferences.

How we use your information

• To reply to you, arrange free demos and share course, fee and batch details you ask for.
• To run classes, issue certificates and support students.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the website and talk to you (for example our web host, WhatsApp, Google and Meta), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and follow up, and student records for as long as needed for courses, certificates and our legal and accounting duties. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent you gave us. Write to contact@secueyes.in and we will reply within a reasonable time. You can raise any grievance with us at the same address.

Children

If you are under 18, please contact us with a parent or guardian, who must agree before you enrol.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
